On IVMS-4500 a. Open the iVMS-4500 app. b. Click on the top left hand 3Bar menu c. Select Devices d. Click on the Item you want to update. e. Select Register Mode and change it from HiDDNS to IP/Domain
6. In the address bar, type in the new IP/Domain Name 7. Click on the save button on the top right corner.
8. Update is done. On HIK-CONNECT a. Open the HIK-CONNECT App b. Select the system, and click on the Settings Button. c. Update the Address to the new Domain name you had registered. On iVMS-4200 (PC Software) 1. Click on Device Management 2. Click on Device 3. Click on the site that you want to update 4. Click on Modify 5. Change from HiDDNS to IP/Domain 6. Type in the Nickname again. You can name it anything or copy from the previous settings. 7. Type in the new address that's created/given. In this case, demosite.demo.com 8. Click on Modify. It'll be saved and take effect.
