Lakson provides free complimentary DDNS services to the 1st 3 years from the date of installation.

These are paid services, whose subscription fees had increased multifold over the years.

At the end of the free complimentary DDNS Services, customer have 3 options.

1. You can continue to host the DDNS services with us for SGD$30 annually.

Do select payment vie internet banking/paynow to avoid credit card handling fees.
You'll not need to reconfigure anything as it'll still be using the same hostname.
Note that the subscription is non refundable for early termination.

You'll need to renew before the subscription expired.
Once the subscription had expired, there'll be additional reactivation and reconfiguration fees.

2. You can subscribe to your own DDNS Services.
The DVR supports these DDNS services
- Dyndns (https://account.dyn.com/) - USD$55/year subscription.
- No-IP (https://www.noip.com/remote-access) - USD$1.99/month subscription. Free Option available.

3. Check with your ISP (Singtel/Starhub/M1) for a Fix IP plan.
The IP will not change then and you'll not required a DDNS Services.

Note that DDNS is not a requirement for remote viewing.
It is only required as the local telco mostly doesn't provide a fix IP for subscribers. 
DDNS is used to keep track of the changing IP so that you can access your system remotely.
