  (1 Year Period Commence immediately upon installation/replacement)
- For stand alone order after system had been installed/replaced, a administrative wait out period of 1 month from order & payment date applies.
  (1 Year Period Commence after the 1 month wait out period. i.e. Ordered and Pay 1st Jan 2023, Annual Coverage Commence from 1st Feb 2023 till 31st Jan 2023 )

Customer ensure that DVR/NVR is turned on and connected to the internet router vie Network Cable.
Excluded Troubleshooting of hardware if DVR is not detected in the network.
Annual Services strictly applicable to per store/outlet/site basis. Additional subscription required for different store/outlet/site.
