Especially for business, CCTV faults are often not resolved due to the system status not checked regularly for faults.

Especially after the warranty period, even when faults are discovered and reported, they are often not resolved due to the business process of obtaining approval from the management to get the vendor down for services, repair and replacement of faulty equipment.

This process is often not completed due to some internal miscommunication and only discovered when important recording are not available when needed.

One Time Fully Refundable Cabling and Installation Charges – $150/Camera

Up to 1500sqft or 25m Cabling/Cameras, Up to 3m Installation Height
Surface mounting casing/removable ceiling.
Single Trip Installation during 9am -5pm (Mon-Fri), 9am – 2pm(Sat).
Fully Refundable in the following months of the subscription 18/24/27/30/33/36 @ $100 Each Refund Period until total amount paid for cabling are fully refunded.

Existing CCTV Systems

For Locations that already have CCTV Systems installed, there will not be any one time installation and cabling changes.

The existing equipment will be replaced with new DVR and Cameras at the existing positions.

Existing equipment will belongs to you and returned to you.

The replaced new equipment will remain the property of Lakson on lease to you as long as you are on subscription.

If the existing cables are found to be damaged/faulty, Refundable Cabling and Installation Charges will applies.

Payment Term

3 months subscription upfront and the subscription will be billed monthly thereafter.

Termination

You’ll just need to give us 1 month notice before the billing cycle ends in order to terminate. Minimum subscription is only 3 months.

Referral Scheme

The referral scheme works like this.

For every subscriber you referred to us, you’ll be eligible for the following.

1. $100 One Time Direct Signup referral fee.

2. A monthly 10% referral commission of their monthly subscription fee.

The referral fees/commission applies even if you refer other customers to us for the subscription, and the referral commission applies up to 3 level deep.

1. You sign up United Square for Subscription – $150/Month.

2. You sign up Novena Square for Subscription under the reference from United Square – $150/Month.

– At the same time, you’ll get back a one time payment of $100, and you’ll get a discount/cashback of $15/month for your united square outlet.

4. You sign up West Coast for Subscription under the reference from United Square – $150/Month.

– At the same time, you’ll get back a one time payment of $100, and you’ll get a discount/cashback of $15/month for your united square outlet.

For 3 Outlets, this is what you’ll end up paying.

1. United Square – $120/Month – (After 2 x $15 monthly commission from the 2 other referred outlets).

2. Novena Square – $150/Month

3. West Coast – $150/Month.

You’ll also get a one time payment of $200 for the referral of the 2 outlets.
