• Vie Chrome Remote Desktop (Download and Setup Chrome Remote Desktop from here https://remotedesktop.google.com/support)
  (See here for the full process. User need to know how to start a Chrome Remote Desktop Session. Otherwise please select onsite services)
• Offsite Remote Services. Does not include any onsite physical CCTV system troubleshooting
  Customer to have Password to Internet Router/CCTV System on Hand.
• Customer ensure that DVR/NVR is turned on and connected to the internet router vie Network Cable.
• Full Refund if Remote Configuration for Internet Viewing is not Successful.
  Stoppage of services requested by customer due to customers flow, locked room, no password to internet router/cctv system, customer requested for user training is not around, etc, not included.
