Remote Viewing Troubleshooting

Please fill in the following details from the same internet connection as your CCTV system for us to assist you to troubleshoot. We’ll still need these information if you call/email us directly.

    You have to be on the same internet connection as your CCTV to do this troubleshooting

    I confirm I am on the same internet connection as the CCTV System(Required).
    I allow support personal to access my system to assist me in troubleshooting.


    Please do the initial quick check for the following
    I had physically check that all cables are securely connected.
    Yes

    I had physically check that all power switches are turned on.
    Yes

    The router had not been replaced or reconfigured.
    Yes

    If you had not answered Yes to any of the 3 questions above, please ensure that all cables are securely connected and power are turned on. If the router had been replaced or reconfigured, you'll need to reconfigure it.

    If you wish are not able to visit the store yourself, please get someone at the store to visit the following link http://checkip.dyndns.com. It will give you your current IP at the store itself, something like this.

    Send the IP displayed (in this case, 175.175.175.156) to us from this page with the rest of the details for us to assist you. Without these information, we would not be able to assist you.

    If you have multiple system that you wish us to check, do create separate request with each of the individual system’s details for us to check.
