Dark camera images/video

If you had ensure that the cameras are connected securely, check on the following setting.
Depending on the version of plugin or method of access, the video parameter might be located at other menu.
After selecting the camera with dark images, click on the Video Parameter and ensure that the brightness is set sufficiently high.
If it is accidentally set to 0 or very low value, move to higher value.
If you are unsure, click the Default button to reset the video parameter back to default.
If the images is still dark, the camera might be faulty.
