Using HIK Connect Platform Access

On Mobile Devices
1. Download the App onto the mobile devices. (Search for “HIK Connect” on App Store/Play Store)

If you are unable to find HIK-CONNECT on Google Playstore, go to https://appstore.hikvision.com/0yGe and download from there.

2. Login using the account given to you.
(If you do not have an account and the system is already on HIK Connect Platform, register for an account and ask the administrator to share the device login with your registered account)

3. In the "My Device" Menu, all your systems/systems shared with you will appear here. Grey out system are system that's currently not online.

4. Click on the system you want to view and a small CCTV View will appear at the bottom right corner.

5. Click on the small CCTV View on the bottom right corner and it'll enlarge to full screen.

On PC, use the iVMS-4200 Software

1. Run the IVMS-4200 Software, Click on Device Management, Cloud P2P Device, And then Login.

2. The Login Screen will appear.
Login using the account given to you.
(If you do not have an account and the system is already on HIK Connect Platform, register for an account and ask the administrator to share the device login with your registered account)

3. Once Login, the devices you managed/shared with you will appear in the Device for Management.

4. Click on Main View, and then drag and drop the cameras/systems you want to view in to the camera view.
