Check that the power buttoned is press down. There should be Green Light on the button when it's pressed down.

If you are using Solar Powered system, ensure that the switch is turned to Solar Charging

Make sure that there is a valid Sim Card inserted into the 4G Router. 

Check that there is indication light on the 4G Router and there's at least 1 signal bar.

How to insert SIM Card

*IMPORTANT - Hold on to the SIM CARD with the Tray when inserting it into the 4G Router. Some SIM Card fit loosely on the tray and may drop out into the router if you do not hold it together with the tray when inserting.

Check that there is indication light on the DVR front panel.
