Frequently Asked Question

Replacement of HDD
Last Updated 9 months ago

A constant beeping sound might indicate that the HDD (Harddisk Storage) is faulty.
You can check by going into Configuration->Storage->Storage Management.

You should see the Harddisk Status as Normal and the Capacity correctly indicate the size of the harddisk.

If you don't see any Harddisk detected or the Status indicate Abnormal/Not Exist, etc, most likely the harddisk is faulty and need to be replaced.
Switching off/on the power might enable the system to detect the harddisk and get it to work again, but that normally will means that the Harddisk is failing and need to be replaced ASAP.
