1. Open the iVMS-4500/iVMS-4500 Lite app on your mobile phone, click on the 3 bar menu. (If you are using HIK-CONNECT APP, it means you are not using HiDDNS as HIK-CONNECT App does not support HiDDNS) 2. Select Devices 3. Look at system you are checking for. It'll indicate which type of register mode it's using. It'll indicate HiDDNS if it's using HiDDNS. Here's a screenshot recording of the steps.
