4G Sim Card bandwidth throttling after packaged data used up

Customer Feedback : 
Cannot see the system video feed.
System is powered on, and there's internet connection on the 4G Router.

Initial Checks:
Can see Router and DVR online on the respective cloud plateform.
However, unable to connect to the system.

Solution:
This could be also due to some 4G sim card plan throttling down the connection speed after the monthly/daily packaged data is used up.
The connection speed is sufficient for heartbeat update but insufficient for video streaming.

Customer changed the sim card, and the system works.
Issues most likely caused by 4G ISP bandwidth throttling.
Check with your ISP on that.

From Router's Cloud Plateform, we can see that it's online.

From HIK-CONNECT Platform, we can see that it's online.
