Cannot save files when using Edge's Internet Explorer Compatible mode

It's due to Window Folder's permission given to the Browser's plugin. By default, it doesn't allow the browser's plugin to create folders and write files.
You'll need to set the saving folder's permission to allow Everyone to have full access to it. It's a bit complicated.
An easier method is to plug in a thumbdrive/sd card into your computer. It'll have that permission set by default for removable drive.
Then change the folder to save the files to to your Thumbdrive/SD Card under Configuration->Local. You'll be able to save the files to it.
