2. Run RustDesk on a computer connected to the same network as the CCTV System.
You should see a similar display as below.
Send the ID and One-time password to us. Keep the RustDesk running for the duration of the remote support.

3. For Router Reconfiguration/Checking
Send us the Router's configuration menu login username (usually admin) and password.
It is not the wifi name/password. If you have not change it, it should be on a label behind the Internet Router (Singtel). Some Telco may change from the default, do request and have the details on hand prior to the session.

. For customer who had control over the CCTV admin account.
Send us the CCTV admin's account password.
