Check that the power buttoned is turned on. The battery indication should have indicator light. If there's no battery indicator, make sure that the solar panel is not under shade and the solar cable is properly connected. Once there's sunlight, the battery indicator should display a moving indicator to indicate charging. If there's totally no indicator light after exposing the solar panel to the sunlight for 30mins and making the switch is on, please return the system to us for further checks. Check that the solar panel is connected to the system. The 2 solar panel cable should be securely connected to the bracket cable and locked in. Check that the solar panel is unobstructed and in the sun. It required sunlight to be able to charge up the battery. Check that no cabling is disconnected, damaged or cut.
For us to check, please take photo as per the above sample photo for us to check on the system. 4G Sim Card Make sure that there's a valid 4G Sim Card inserted into the Camera. If you are using a prepaid sim card, make sure that it's top up and there's sufficient balance credit in the Sim Card for a connection. Remove the Sim Card and test it on a handphone to check for 4G Connection.Restart the system If there's battery indication light and the Sim Card is valid, switch off the power, wait 10 secs, and turn it back on. The camera should move during the startup process that may take up to 1 min. If there's no movement of the camera, please return the system to us for further checks.
