Check your version of Video Viewer Application by clicking on the "?" button near the right top hand corner of the application as shown below.
There will be a pop up box indicating the current version of the software, which in this case is "0.1.9.2".
Some of the newer model of DVR require a later version of the software to work properly. If you site consist of older and newer model of the video viewer software, you might be running an older version of the software which you installed when you first bought the earliest model and had not upgraded since.
Try installing a newer version of the software and try it out.
