Question:
I cannot playback on Videoviewer/Eagleeyes client.
Answer:
There are 4 levels of userlevel for AVTech DVR.
Guest, Normal, Power User, Supervisor.
Only Supervisor Level are allow to playback/backup. Do ensure that the user that you use to login to the system is of the userlevel supervisor.
