HIKVISION support P2P vie the EZVIZ platform.
It's a zero configuration (no configuration required on the Router) setup. It'll require a EZVIZ account and server to work.

Here's how to add the EZVIZ devices to IVMS-4500 software.
If you do not see any of the options listed here in your IVMS-4400 software, do update them to the latest version vie the Appstore/Playstore.
From the IVMS-4500 or IVMS-4500 HD mobile app, select the EZVIZ Cloud icon.
Once login, you'll see the Devices associated with the EVIZ account displayed. You'll be able to add them in Live View or Remote Playback now.
