1. Go to AppStore/Playstore to search and download HIK-CONNECT for End User App for your phone.

2. Open HIK-CONNECT for End User App
3. Create your own account, click on register and create the account using your email/phone number.
4. If you already have an account that can view other systems, you have to use that account so that you can continue to view other systems tagged to the account.
6. Send us your existing/new account's email/phone number so that we can tag your system to your account.

Note that there are both pros/cons to using HIK-CONNECT platform to access the system.
Pro
1. No Configuration required on Internet Router
2. Can remotely view live/recorded without having to setup internet router.
Cons
1. Limited sets of functionality. Not all functions can be access.
2. All traffics may be routed manufacturer's server. As it's not a direct access, speed may be slower
3. Limited troubleshooting ability. We can't tell why your system is not working if you can't view as server's hosted by manufacturer.
