SINGAPORE: All workplaces except for those providing essential services and those able to operate remotely will be suspended from Apr 7 to May 4 during a month-long “circuit breaker” campaign to curb further spread of COVID-19, said Manpower Minister Josephine Teo on Friday (Apr 3).
Lakson Technology will be complying with the necessary government safe distancing measures and workplace shutdown measures to prevent the spread of Covid19.
- All installation/replacement/repair/services schedule for non-essential sites will be reschedule until further notice.
- Warranty/maintenance support will only be done through online ticketing support. There will not be any phone support during this period.

- Response/Services for system that is not under warranty/maintenance support will not be prioritised during this period.
- For essential services sites responses, customers are to provide all information prior to the services to avoid physical interaction/conversation during the site services.
Our technician upon reaching the site will maintain safe distancing and troubleshoot the issues with minimum/no interaction with the personnel on site to avoid any non-essential contact/potential spread of the Covid19 virus.
